My work at Chamber of Advocate Arkadipta Sengupta involved Legal Researching, Case Studies, attening Court sessions at the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta, attending Arbitration sessions, assisting in preparing legal documentations and other legal works.
Courtroom Advocacy: Observed and learned courtroom advocacy skills by attending court sessions at the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta and State Administrative Tribunal. Gained insights into effective argumentation, presentation, and persuasion techniques.
Legal Drafting: Developed proficiency in legal drafting by working on various acts and statutes, including the Constitution of India, Civil Procedure Code, Transfer of Property Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Indian Contract Act, Specific Relief Act, and state legislatures. Acquired the ability to draft precise and articulate legal documents.
Case Analysis: Conducted in-depth case studies and research in areas such as Service Law, Education Law, Administrative Law, and Constitutional Law. Strengthened analytical skills to identify key legal issues, interpret statutes, and analyze relevant precedents.
